Add Market Profile

Click on the Add New Market Profile button at the top of the page.  In the Make Selection field, click on one of the items.  A list of available options will appear in the Available field.  Make a selection here and click the right-pointing arrow.  Do this to select an AMS Office, Market Type, Market, Commodity, and Cooperator.  

To remove an unsaved option, select it and click the left-facing arrow.  

Manage User Profile

This tab shows you all of the users in MARS.  Here you can look at their information like contact information, roles, and markets they are assigned. You can also look at their activity log. You can find a user by using the alphabet at the top of the page or by entering their name in the search field.

Can I compare data?

a. To compare data from the same report click on the Collect tab.

b. Enter to required data market information in the Filters box.

c. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Historical Data button. The button is located inside the Collection Aid box.

d. Enter the commodity and previous report data that you wish to generate historical data for.

e. Click Go.

Add Office for User

1. Click the + button under the AMS Office column. 

2. A pop-up will appear with an Available field and Chosen field. 

3. Under the Available field, to find an office you can either scroll down until you find the office or type its name in the the search bar. 

4. Once you've found the office, click the right pointing arrow and the office will appear in the Chosen field. 

5. To remove an office, select it, and click the left pointing arrow.
