How do I add a new cooperator/contact?
a. Click on the Prepare icon.
b. Once in the Prepare tab, click the Add New Cooperator button (green).
i. Fill in the necessary information (e.g., name, address, phone, email, etc.).
c. Click the Save button on the right hand side (green).
How do I change my Home Office?
a. In the upper right hand corner, click your name.
b. A drop down menu will appear. Click My Profile.
c. Click My Office.
d. Under the office column, click the arrow symbol for the office you would like to designate as your home office.
e. Click Set Home Office.
f. Click OK.
How do I change my view preferences (regular v. advanced)?
The regular view allows you to see everything including headings, titles, and tabs. You have to scroll up and down the page to see Recent Transactions and Collection Aid. Regular view is the default view.
The advanced view condenses the screen so that you see less (e.g., heading and tabs). All options for navigation in the advanced view will be on the left-hand side and make it easier to navigate, rather than scrolling down to view the collection aides.
a. In the upper right hand corner, click your name.
How do I delete or edit a record?
a. Under Recent Transactions, expand the fields that you want to see by clicking the + button .
b. Under the Action column, click the gears and a pop-up will show.
c. In the pop-up click x to delete and pencil to edit.
How do I edit content on My Market News?
To edit content, you move your cursor to the upper right hand corner of the box you want to edit, click on the pen, edit content, in the "save as" box click "published", then click "save."
How do I run a report?
a. Before running a report make sure all the necessary data has been entered into the Collect tab.
b. Drop down boxes will appear, select from the various drop down menus to generate your report.
i. Click on the Report Tab.
ii. Click on the Report Drop down box and select the report you wish to run.
iii. Enter the starting and ending dates you wish to run the report for.
iv. The next drop down box is for your Slug_ID. This should be self-generated.
How do I use a Bookmark after it has been created?
a. Click on the Collect tab.
b. Under Filters there is a drop down where you can Select a Bookmark.
c. Choose the Bookmark that you would like to use.
What does a Bookmark do and how do I create one?
A Bookmark works as a place holder. For example, if you do a lot of collecting within several different markets, you could create a bookmark that would allow you to easily toggle back and forth between those markets.
a. In the upper right hand corner, click your name.
b. A drop down menu will appear. Click My Profile.
c. Click My Bookmarks.
d. Click the yellow Add New Bookmark box.
e. Enter the Name, Description, Market Type, and Market.
f. Click the yellow Save box located in the bottom right hand corner.
