You can view details about the contact like cooperators, market, market type, and commodity by clicking the icon with three stacked dots.

Here you can also add a cooperator to the contact by clicking the + sign at the top of the Cooperator field. You may search for an existing contact or you may add a new one. 

The Contact Audit Log allows you to see the recent changes to the cooperator's information.  You can see who changed it, when they did it, and what they changed. 

This is where you enter data for your reports. 

Filters allow the user to use the provided drop downs to select the market type, report date, and market location they will enter data for - or to select a bookmark which already has that information (optional, by Division).  After these selections are made the "go" button should be selected to move on to the Data Entry section.

Report information is a fillable commentary box that accepts text for publication on the final report.  Its content will vary depending on the Division and report type.

Data entry where you begin entering your data as it is collected.  Your user preferences are modifiable using the gear icon to the right.  They determine what choices are displayed in your drop down boxes, and the order they are displayed in.  Default order and which collection attributes to display be personally set by the user.  You can also change the display mode to tablet view, one line grid view, or form view using the icons immediately to the left of the user preferences icon.

Once data for a commodity has been entered, it will appear under the Commodity section of Report Information.  The edit button (pencil) to the far left allows the user to enter text comments and select market tone and offerings to be saved for publication on the report.

Selecting the gear-shaped icon to the far left of Filters opens customizable user preferences.  Depending on the Division and commodity, some defaults for content and order may be set but others may be changeable.  For those attributes that are NOT set by the Division, users can rearrange the order and toggle off visibility depending on their individual needs for a certain commodity or collection.

Gives the ability to directly upload a data file to MARS.

The Recent Transactions section shows all recently saved data at a glance.  Users can use the icons on the left to choose all cooperators view, input grid view, grouping grid view, or hierarchy grid view.  Green selector buttons below those icons allow for sorting of only those records that were prefill, or imported, unsynced, flagged, etc.  Records from only those cooperators either WITH or WITHOUT data can also be selected.
