National Direct Sheep Report
Price information is collected remotely through phone communication and email correspondences with cattle dealers, backgrounders, feedlots, and producers. Dual party verification is used to verify trades, and reporters reserve the right to exclude any trades that cannot be verified. Reporters also reserve the right to exclude insignificant data sets (outliers) that are not consistent with the bulk of the trade. To ensure accuracy of these reports, reporters are recertified every two years.
