USDA AMS Quality Assessment Division (QAD) recently released the 'Livestock, Veal, and Lamb Estimated Grading Dashboard'.

AMS’s Livestock, Veal, and Lamb Estimated Grading Dashboard captures current and historical quality grade and volume information for beef, lamb and veal shown in a visual format and includes data published through the weekly USDA National Steer & Heifer Estimated Grading Percent Report.

Price information is collected remotely through phone communication and email correspondences with swine dealers, buyers, and producers. Contact visits are made periodically to verify price information and quality assessment is accurate, unbiased and relevant to the report. Dual party verification is used to verify trades, and reporters reserve the right to exclude any trades that cannot be verified. Reporters also reserve the right to exclude insignificant data sets (outliers) that are not consistent with the bulk of the trade. To ensure accuracy of these reports, reporters are recertified every two years.
