To add a co-operator, click on the Add New Co-operator button.  Enter in the information for the co-operator in the designated fields.  The fields in red are required. 

When selecting an AMS office, market type, and market, click in the Make Selection field, select an option in the Available field, and then click the right-facing arrow to put move your selection into the Chosen field.  Do this for all of the selections. 

Once you've provided all of the information, click the Save button. If you wish to undo your unsaved changes, click Reset.  To leave the page, click Cancel.
