GX_GR113 Springfield, IL Wed Oct 4, 2017 USDA-IL Dept of Ag Market News Illinois Grain Prices in Country Elevators This is Wednesday's report of the grain prices and trends prepared by the USDA and the Illinois Department of Agriculture. In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn bids down a penny. Soybean bids were up 3 cents. In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn bids were down 2 cents. Soybean bids were 1 to 3 cents higher. In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 2 cents lower. Soybeans were up 3 cents. Wheat bids were 6 cents lower.
