Washington-Oregon (Columbia Basin) Weekly Hay Report 

Tons:  3250    Last Week:  9900    Last Year:  5160 

   Compared to last week, export Timothy and Sudan steady. Alfalfa not 
tested this week. Most interests who have high quality 4th cutting Alfalfa are 
very bullish. Rain showers over most of the trade area this week is hurting 
quality. Most export hay the grower pays for the tarping. Trade moderate with 
good demand. Retail/Feedstore not tested this week.  All prices are dollars per 
ton and FOB the farm or ranch unless otherwise stated.
