The January Soybean Oil futures closed 159 points higher at 58.14 cents per pound, March closed 166 points higher at 58.33 cents per pound and May closed 165 points higher at 58.36 cents per pound. The Truck delivery of high protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was mixed, 3.20 lower to 3.60 higher from 404.70-416.70, the basis was from 10.00 under the March Soybean Meal futures to 2.00 over the March Soybean Meal futures. Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was steady from 305.00-330.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 pct protein was steady at 300.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Canola Meal was 15.60 to 25.60 higher from 364.70-374.70, the basis ranged 50.00 to 40.00 under the March Soybean Meal futures. Soybean Oil in Minnesota was 16 to 166 points higher from 68.33-70.33 cents per pound, the basis ranged 1000 to 1200 points over the March Soybean Oil futures. Animal Protein: Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was mixed, 45.00 lower to 20.00 higher from 130.00-220.00; Pork was steady from 185.00-200.00. Yellow Grease was steady to 100 points lower from 39.00-42.00 cents per pound. Choice White Grease was steady from 43.00-45.00 cents per pound. Feather Meal was steady from 465.00-525.00. Ruminant Blood Meal was steady from 600.00-675.00, with an instance of 800.00; Pork was steady at 750.00. Millfeeds: Wheat Middlings was steady from 140.00-150.00.
