Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, August 31, 2021

Oilseed and Animal feedstuffs were mixed this week 

Oilseeds:
       The September Soybean Meal futures closed 8.50 lower at 346.40, October closed 
9.70 lower at 343.10, December closed 10.10 lower at 345.60. The September Soybean 
Oil futures closed 173 points lower at 59.36 cents per pound, October closed 172 
points lower at 58.89 cents per pound and December closed 180 points lower at 58.75 
cents per pound. The Truck delivery of high protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 
2.50 to 8.80 lower from 331.10-346.40, the basis was from 12.00 under the October 
Soybean Meal futures to 0.00 under the September Soybean Meal futures. Linseed Meal, 
34 pct protein was 10.00 to 20.00 lower from 250.00-290.00 in the North Dakota-
Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 pct protein was mixed, 20.00 lower 
to 15.00 higher from 205.00-230.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Canola Meal 
was 11.80 lower from 263.10-283.10, the basis was from 80.00 to 60.00 under the 
October Soybean Meal futures. Soybean Oil in Minnesota was 220 points lower from 
78.89-84.39 cents per pound, the basis was from 2000 to 2550 points over the October 
Soybean Oil futures.

Animal Protein: 
       Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was steady from 325.00-385.00; Pork was 
steady from 350.00-450.00. Yellow Grease was steady from 46.00-50.00 cents per pound. 
Choice White Grease was steady from 60.00-66.00 cents per pound. Feather Meal was 
steady from 450.00-510.00, with an instance of 600.00. Ruminant Blood Meal was steady 
from 950.00-1150.00; Pork was steady from 1075.00-1200.00.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings was steady to 20.00 lower from 130.00-150.00.

Bids/Offers prices are FOB, bulk per ton, in carlots unless specified.
