Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, July 6, 2021

Oilseed and Animal feedstuffs were mixed this week 

Oilseeds:
       The July Soybean Meal futures closed 6.60 higher at 355.00, August closed 6.20 
higher at 356.60 and September closed 6.60 higher at 358.30. The July Soybean Oil 
futures closed 32 points lower at 63.83 cents per pound, August closed 176 points 
lower at 59.60 cents per pound and September closed 221 points lower at 59.07 cents 
per pound. The Truck delivery of high protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 6.20 
higher from 334.60-341.60, the basis was steady from 22.00 to 15.00 under the August 
Soybean Meal futures. Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was steady at 250.00 with limited 
trade in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 pct 
protein was 10.00 to 20.00 lower from 190.00-200.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota 
area. Canola Meal was 6.20 to 11.20 higher from 271.60-291.60, the basis was steady 
to 5.00 lower from 85.00 to 65.00 under the August Soybean Meal futures. Soybean Oil 
in Minnesota was 32 to 176 points lower from 83.83-88.90 cents per pound, the basis 
was from 2000 over the July Soybean Oil futures to 2850 points over the August 
Soybean Oil futures.

Animal Protein: 
       Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was 15.00 to 20.00 higher from 340.00-
400.00; Pork was steady from 340.00-455.00. Yellow Grease was steady from 43.00-48.00 
cents per pound. Choice White Grease was 200 to 400 points higher from 54.00-60.00 
cents per pound. Feather Meal was steady from 450.00-510.00, with an instance of 
625.00. Ruminant Blood Meal was steady from 950.00-1025.00; Pork was 25.00 higher 
from 1025.00-1050.00.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings were 20.00 lower from 130.00-180.00.

Bids/Offers prices are FOB, bulk per ton, in carlots unless specified.
