Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, March 30, 2021

Oilseed and Animal feedstuffs were mixed this week 

Oilseeds:
       The May Soybean Meal futures closed 0.60 lower at 398.20, July closed 0.60 
higher at 400.10 and August closed 0.60 higher at 394.70. The May Soybean Oil futures 
closed 656 points lower at 50.46 cents per pound, July closed 551 points lower at 
48.31 cents per pound and August closed 469 points lower at 46.37 cents per pound. 
The Truck delivery of high protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 0.60 lower from 
385.20-393.20, the basis was steady from 13.00 to 5.00 under the May Soybean Meal 
futures. Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was 50.00 higher at 350.00 with limited trade 
in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 pct protein was 
mixed 5.00 lower to 15.00 higher from 250.00-285.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota 
area. Canola Meal was 1.40 to 4.40 higher from 313.20-338.20, the basis was 2.00 to 
5.00 higher from 85 to 60 under the May Soybean Meal futures. Soybean Oil in 
Minnesota was not well tested.

Animal Protein: 
       Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was 5.00 to 40.00 lower from 290.00-390.00; 
Pork was 20.00 lower from 350.00-430.00. Yellow Grease was mixed, 800 points lower to 
100 points higher from 38.00-40.00 cents per pound. Choice White Grease was mixed, 
200 points lower to 200 points higher from 45.00-53.50 cents per pound. Feather Meal 
was steady from 500.00-550.00. Ruminant Blood Meal was steady from 1000.00-1100.00; 
Pork was at 1050.00 with limited trade.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings was steady from 148.00-174.00.
