Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, February 9, 2021

Oilseed and Animal feedstuffs were mixed this week 

Oilseeds:
       The March Soybean Meal futures closed 10.70 higher at 438.70, May closed 12.10 
higher at 437.60 and July closed 12.40 higher at 433.00. The March Soybean Oil 
futures closed 220 points higher at 46.52 cents per pound, May closed 215 points 
higher at 45.77 cents per pound and July closed 198 points higher at 44.97 cents per 
pound. The Truck delivery of high protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 5.70 to 6.70 
higher from 423.70-432.70, the basis was 5.00 to 4.00 lower from 15.00 to 6.00 under 
the March Soybean Meal futures. Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was steady at 280.00 
with limited trade in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 
34 pct protein was steady from 250.00-320.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. 
Canola Meal was 10.70 higher from 338.70-373.70, the basis was steady from 100.00-
65.00 under the March Soybean Meal futures. Soybean Oil in Minnesota was 220 to 270 
points higher from 48.08-49.02 cents per pound, the basis was steady to 50 points 
higher from 150-250 points over the March Soybean Oil futures.

Animal Protein: 
       Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was steady from 300.00-365.00; Pork was 
steady to 10.00 higher from 360.00-410.00. Yellow Grease was steady from 29.00-38.50 
cents per pound. Choice White Grease was steady to 200 points higher from 36.00-40.00 
cents per pound. Feather Meal was steady to 15.00 higher from 545.00-600.00. Ruminant 
Blood Meal was 25.00 to 100.00 higher from 975.00-1075.00; Pork was steady to 50.00 
higher from 1050.00-1150.00.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings were steady to 5.00 higher from 125.00-160.00.
