Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, January 26, 2021

Oilseed and Animal feedstuffs were mixed this week 

Oilseeds:
       The March Soybean Meal futures closed 14.00 lower at 436.50, May closed 13.20 
lower at 433.80 and July closed 13.20 lower at 429.80. The March Soybean Oil futures 
closed 221 points higher at 43.91 cents per pound, May closed 193 points higher at 
43.12 cents per pound and July closed 173 points higher at 42.45 cents per pound. The 
Truck delivery of high protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 14.00 to 17.00 lower 
from 421.50-434.50, the basis was steady to 3.00 lower from 15.00 to 2.00 under the 
March Soybean Meal futures. Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was mixed, 20.00 lower to 
10.00 higher from 300.00-345.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 
13 pct fiber, 34 pct protein was steady to 30.00 higher from 280.00-320.00 in the 
North Dakota-Minnesota area. Canola Meal was 9.00 lower from 336.50-361.50, the basis 
was 5.00 lower from 100.00-75.00 under the March Soybean Meal futures. Soybean Oil in 
Minnesota was 221 to 271 points higher from 44.91-45.91 cents per pound, the basis 
was steady to 50 points higher from 100-200 points over the March Soybean Oil 
futures.

Animal Protein: 
       Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was steady from 300.00-360.00; Pork was 
steady to 30.00 higher from 350.00-385.00. Yellow Grease was steady from 29.00-38.50 
cents per pound. Choice White Grease was steady to 300 points higher from 34.00-40.00 
cents per pound. Feather Meal was steady to 20.00 higher from 510.00-600.00. Ruminant 
Blood Meal was 50.00 to 75.00 higher from 875.00-1000.00; Pork was steady to 25.00 
higher from 950.00-1000.00.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings were steady from 115.00-155.00.

Bids/Offers prices are bulk per ton, in carlots unless specified. 
Animal ingredients are delivered MPL, other ingredients are FOB.
