Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, September 1, 2020

Oilseed and Animal feedstuffs were mostly lower this week 

Oilseeds:
       The September Soybean Meal futures closed 11.20 higher at 302.80, the October 
closed 10.70 higher at 305.20 and December closed 10.80 higher at 310.80. The 
September Soybean Oil futures closed 114 points higher at 33.12 cents per pound, 
October closed 69 points higher at 32.76 cents per pound and December closed 60 
points higher at 32.88 cents per pound. The Truck delivery of high protein Soybean 
Meal in Minnesota was 4.70 to 10.70 higher from 287.20-293.20, the basis ranged 18.00 
to 12.00 under the October Soybean Meal futures. Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was 
steady to 15.00 lower with limited trade at 250.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota 
area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 pct protein was steady to 10.00 lower from 
200.00-230.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Canola Meal was 10.70 higher from 
230.20-270.20, the basis ranged 75.00 to 35.00 under the October Soybean Meal 
futures. Soybean Oil in Minnesota was 78 to 128 points higher from 33.26-34.76 cents 
per pound, the basis was from 50 to 200 points over the October Soybean Oil futures.

Animal Protein: 
       Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was steady from 165.00-200.00; Pork was 
mixed, 10.00 lower to 5.00 higher from 210.00-230.00.  Yellow Grease was steady to 50 
points higher from 18.50-24.00 cents per pound. Choice White Grease was steady from 
24.00-26.00 cents per pound. Feather Meal was steady to 10.00 higher from 275.00-
295.00, with an instance of 350.00. Ruminant Blood Meal was steady to 25.00 higher 
from 500.00-575.00; Pork was steady from 575.00-600.00.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings were steady to 8.00 higher from 75.00-110.00

Bids/Offers prices are bulk per ton, in carlots unless specified. 
Animal ingredients are delivered MPL, other ingredients are FOB.
