Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, August 04, 2020

Oilseed and Animal feedstuffs were mostly lower this week 

Oilseeds:
The August Soybean Meal futures closed 5.20 lower at 283.70, the September closed 
6.00 lower at 285.80 and October closed 6.00 lower at 287.80. The August Soybean Oil 
futures closed 213 points higher at 31.53 cents per pound, September closed 154 
points higher at 31.05 cents per pound and October closed 128 points higher at 30.90 
cents per pound. The Truck delivery of high protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 
4.00 to 6.00 lower from 279.80-285.80, the basis was from 6.00 to 0.00 under the 
September Soybean Meal futures. Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was steady at 250.00 in 
a limited test in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 
pct protein was steady to 10.00 higher from 200.00-230.00 in the North Dakota-
Minnesota area. Canola Meal was mixed, 1.00 lower to 4.00 higher from 210.80-250.80, 
the basis ranged 75.00 to 35.00 under the September Soybean Meal futures. Soybean Oil 
in Minnesota was 165 to 263 points higher from 31.53-32.55 cents per pound, the basis 
was from 0 points over the August Soybean Oil futures to 150 over the September 
Soybean Oil futures.

Animal Protein: 
   Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was 10.00 to 25.00 lower from 150.00-190.00; 
Pork was mixed, 10.00 lower to 20.00 higher from 200.00-225.00.  Yellow Grease was 
steady from 16.00-19.00 cents per pound. Choice White Grease was from 21.50 to 23.50 
cents per pound. Feather Meal was steady to 40.00 lower from 235.00-290.00. Ruminant 
Blood Meal was steady from 400.00-550.00; Pork was steady with limited trade at 
575.00.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings was 5.00 to 20.00 higher from 85.00-112.00

Bids/Offers prices are bulk per ton, in carlots unless specified. 
Animal ingredients are delivered MPL, other ingredients are FOB.
