Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, July 21, 2020

Oilseed and Animal feedstuffs were mostly lower this week 

Oilseeds:
The August Soybean Meal futures closed 40 cents higher at 285.60, the September was 
80 cents higher and October closed at 289.90. The August Soybean Oil futures closed 
161 points higher at 30.07 cents per pound, September closed 160 points higher at 
30.21 cents per pound and October closed at 30.36 cents per pound. The Rail delivery 
of high protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 40 cents to 3.40 higher at 279.60, the 
basis was steady to 3.00 higher at 6.00 under the August Soybean Meal futures. 
Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was steady at 250.00 in a limited test in the North 
Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 pct protein was steady to 
30.00 higher from 200.00-220.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Canola Meal was 
30 cents to 5.30 higher from 200.60-230.60, the basis was steady to 5.00 higher from 
85.00 to 55.00 under the August Soybean Meal futures. Soybean Oil in Minnesota was 
161 to 211 points higher from 29.57-31.57 cents per pound, the basis was steady to 50 
points higher from 50 points under to 150 over the August Soybean Oil futures.

Animal Protein: 
   Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was 15.00 to 20.00 higher from 160.00-200.00; 
Pork was steady from 190.00-210.00.  Yellow Grease was 100 to 200 points higher from 
16.00-19.00 cents per pound. Choice White Grease was not well established. Feather 
Meal was 15.00 to 30.00 higher from 250.00-280.00. Ruminant Blood Meal was steady 
from 400.00-500.00; Pork was steady with limited trade at 550.00.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings was 5.00 higher from 70.00-90.00

Bids/Offers prices are bulk per ton, in carlots unless specified. 
Animal ingredients are delivered MPL, other ingredients are FOB.
