Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, July 07, 2020

Oilseed and Animal feedstuffs were mostly lower this week 

Oilseeds:
The August Soybean Meal futures closed 5.80 higher at 295.50 and September was 6.40 
higher at 297.80. The August Soybean Oil futures closed 73 points higher at 28.87 
cents per pound, September closed 74 points higher at 29.04 cents per pound. The Rail 
delivery of high protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 7.80 to 11.80 higher at 
283.50, the basis was 2.00 to 6.00 higher at 12.00 under the August Soybean Meal 
futures. Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was 250.00 in a limited test in the North 
Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 pct protein was steady from 
170.00-220.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Canola Meal was mixed, 9.20 lower 
to 5.80 higher from 215.50-240.50, the basis was steady to 15.00 lower from 80.00 to 
55.00 under the August Soybean Meal futures. Soybean Oil in Minnesota was 73 to 173 
points higher from 28.37-29.87 cents per pound, the basis was steady to 100 points 
higher from 50 points under to 100 over the August Soybean Oil futures.

Animal Protein: 
   Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was steady from 140.00-200.00; Pork was steady 
from 190.00-210.00.  Yellow Grease was steady to 150 points lower from 15.00-17.00 
cents per pound. Choice White Grease ranged 19.50-20.00. Feather Meal was steady to 
40.00 lower from 235.00-250.00. Ruminant Blood Meal was steady to 50.00 lower from 
400.00-500.00; Pork was 25.00 lower with limited trade at 575.00.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings was steady from 65.00-80.00

Bids/Offers prices are bulk per ton, in carlots unless specified.
