Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, June 2, 2020

Oilseed and Animal feedstuffs were mixed this week 

Oilseeds:
The July Soybean Meal futures closed 20 cents lower at 283.70 and August closed 30 
cents lower 285.70. The July Soybean Oil futures closed 67 points higher at 27.94 
cents per pound and August closed 67 points higher at 28.12 cents per pound. The Rail 
delivery of high protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 20 cents to 2.20 lower from 
273.70-278.70, the basis was steady to 2.00 lower from 10.00 to 5.00 under the July 
Soybean Meal futures. Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was steady from 230.00-285.00 in 
the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 pct protein was  
5.00 lower from 175.00-180.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Canola Meal was 20 
cents lower from 213.70-243.70, the basis was steady from 70.00 to 40.00 under the 
July Soybean Meal futures. Soybean Oil in Minnesota was 42 to 67 points higher from 
26.94-27.44 cents per pound, the basis was steady to 25 points lower from 100 to 50 
points under the July Soybean Oil futures.

Animal Protein: 
   Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was steady to 25.00 lower from 225.00-285.00; 
Pork was 10.00 to 70.00 lower from 225.00-230.00.  Yellow Grease was steady from 
19.00-21.00 cents per pound. Choice White Grease was 200 points lower from 21.00-
22.00 cents per pound. Feather Meal was 25.00 lower from 325.00-375.00. Ruminant 
Blood Meal was 75.00 to 125.00 lower from 775.00-850.00; Pork was 100.00 lower with 
limited trade at 850.00.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings were 5.00 lower from 65.00-80.00.

Bids/Offers prices are bulk per ton, in carlots unless specified. 
Animal ingredients are delivered MPL, other ingredients are FOB.
