Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, April 14, 2020

Oilseed and Animal feedstuffs were mixed this week 

Oilseeds:
The May Soybean Meal futures closed 6.30 lower at 287.50, July closed 4.70 lower at 
293.10. The May Soybean Oil futures closed 74 points lower at 26.74 cents per pound, 
July closed 65 points lower at 27.16 cents per pound. The Rail delivery of high 
protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 6.30 lower at 272.50, the basis was steady at 
15.00 under the May Soybean Meal futures. Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was steady to 
15.00 lower from 235.00-285.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 13 
pct fiber, 34 pct protein was steady to 10.00 higher from 175.00-195.00 in the North 
Dakota-Minnesota area. Canola Meal was mixed, 6.30 lower to 13.70 higher from 217.50-
237.50, the basis was steady to 20.00 higher from 70.00 to 50.00 under the May 
Soybean Meal futures. Soybean Oil in Minnesota was 74 to 124 points lower at 26.74 
cents per pound, the basis was steady to 50 points lower at option (0) the May 
Soybean Oil futures.

Animal Protein: 
   Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was 60.00 to 70.00 higher from 290.00-310.00; 
Pork was 60.00 to 85.00 higher from 310.00-375.00.  Yellow Grease was 100 to 450 
points higher from 20.00-25.50, mostly 20.00-21.00 cents per pound. Choice White 
Grease was mostly steady from 21.50-26.00, mostly 21.50-22.50 cents per pound. 
Feather Meal was 30.00 to 50.00 higher from 375.00-380.00, instances up to 480.00. 
Ruminant Blood Meal was 35.00 to 50.00 higher from 950.00-985.00; Pork was steady to 
125.00 higher at 1000.00 in limited trade.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings were 5.00 to 10.00 higher from 90.00-110.00.

Bids/Offers prices are bulk per ton, in carlots unless specified. 
Animal ingredients are delivered MPLS, other ingredients are FOB.
