Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, February 25, 2020

Oilseed and Animal feedstuffs were mixed this week 

Oilseeds:
The March Soybean Meal futures closed 5.70 lower at 286.50, May closed 4.60 lower at 
293.00 and July closed at 299.30. The March Soybean Oil futures closed 125 points 
lower at 29.23 cents per pound, May closed 122 points lower at 29.62 cents per pound 
and July closed at 30.01 cents per pound. The Rail delivery of high protein Soybean 
Meal in Minnesota was 2.60 lower from 269.00-273.00, the basis was 2.00 higher from 
24.00 to 20.00 under the May Soybean Meal futures. Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was 
steady to 5.00 lower from 245.00-275.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower 
Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 pct protein was 5.00 lower from 165.00-205.00 in the North 
Dakota-Minnesota area. Canola Meal was 70 cents to 10.60 lower from 181.50-203.00, 
the basis ranged 105.00 under the March Soybean Meal futures to 90.00 under the May 
Soybean Meal futures. Soybean Oil in Minnesota was 125 points lower from 28.73-29.23 
cents per pound, the basis was steady from 50 points under to 0 points over the March 
soybean oil futures.

Animal Protein: 
   Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was 10.00 to 20.00 higher from 170.00-200.00; 
Pork was not available.  Yellow Grease was 50 points higher from 23.00-24.50 cents 
per pound. Choice White Grease was steady to 50 points higher 26.50-28.00 cents per 
pound. Feather Meal was steady at 325.00. Ruminant Blood Meal was steady to 25.00 
higher from 800.00-900.00; Pork was not available.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings were steady to 3.00 higher from 75.00-90.00.

Bids/Offers prices are bulk per ton, in carlots unless specified. 
Animal ingredients are delivered MPLS, other ingredients are FOB.
