Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, February 18, 2020

Oilseed and Animal feedstuffs were mixed this week 

Oilseeds:
The March Soybean Meal futures closed 1.40 higher at 292.20, May closed 1.10 higher 
at 297.60. The March Soybean Oil futures closed 24 points lower at 30.48 cents per 
pound, May closed 24 points lower at 30.84 cents per pound. The Rail delivery of high 
protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 1.10 higher from 271.60-275.60, the basis 
ranged 26.00 to 22.00 under the May Soybean Meal futures. Linseed Meal, 34 pct 
protein was steady from 250.00-275.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower 
Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 pct protein was steady to 5.00 higher from 170.00-210.00 in 
the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Canola Meal was 1.40 to 2.80 higher from 182.20 to 
213.60, the basis was from 110.00 under the March Soybean Meal futures to -84.00 
under the May Soybean Meal futures. Soybean Oil in Minnesota was 24 points lower from 
29.98-30.48 cents per pound, the basis was steady from 50 points under to 0 points 
over the March soybean oil futures.

Animal Protein: 
   Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein ranged from 150.00 to 190.00; Pork was not 
available.  Yellow Grease was not 22.50 to 24.00 cents per pound. Choice White Grease 
was 26.50 to 27.50 cents per pound. Feather Meal was at 325.00. Ruminant Blood Meal 
was 800.00-875.00; Pork was not available.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings were steady from 75.00-87.00.

Bids/Offers prices are bulk per ton, in carlots unless specified. 
Animal ingredients are delivered MPLS, other ingredients are FOB.
