Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, February 4, 2020

Oilseed and Animal feedstuffs were mixed this week 

Oilseeds:
The March Soybean Meal futures closed 9.10 lower at 288.50, May closed 7.90 lower at 
2.94.00. The March Soybean Oil futures closed 73 points lower at 30.73 cents per 
pound, May closed 73 points lower at 31.10 cents per pound. The Rail delivery of high 
protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 5.10 to 7.60 lower from 264.00-272.50, the 
basis ranged 30.00 under the May to 16.00 under the March Soybean Meal futures. 
Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was mixed, 25.00 lower to 10.00 higher 250.00-275.00 in 
the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 pct protein was 
steady to 5.00 higher from 175.00-205.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Canola 
Meal was 19.10 to 24.10 lower from 198.50 to 208.50, the basis was 10.00 to 15.00- 
lower from 110.00-80.00 under the March Soybean Meal futures. Soybean Oil in 
Minnesota was 73 points lower from 30.23-30.93 cents per pound, the basis was steady 
from 50 points under to 0 points over the March soybean oil futures.

Animal Protein: 
   Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was steady to 5.00 lower from 140.00-185.00; 
Pork was limited at 200.00.  Yellow Grease was 100 to 200 points higher from 22.00-
24.00 cents per pound. Choice White Grease was steady from 26.00-26.50 cents per 
pound. Feather Meal was mixed, 5.00 lower to 15.00 higher at 325.00. Ruminant Blood 
Meal was steady from 800.00-850.00; Pork was limited from 850.00-900.00.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings were 5.00 to 7.00 lower from 75.00-90.00  

Bids/Offers prices are bulk per ton, in carlots unless specified. 
Animal ingredients are delivered MPLS, other ingredients are FOB.
