The January Soybean Oil futures closed 71 points lower at 34.46 cents per pound, March closed 71 points lower at 34.74 cents per pound and May closed 71 points lower at 35.04 cents per pound. The Rail delivery of high protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 1.00 to 6.00 lower from 276.30 to 281.30, the basis was 25 to 20 under the March Soybean Meal futures. Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was 230.00-245.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 pct protein was 160.00-200.00 in the North Dakota- Minnesota area. Canola Meal ranged from 211.30 to 241.30, the basis ranged from 90 to 60 under the March Soybean Meal futures. Soybean Oil in Minnesota was 43 to 71 points lower from 34.24-34.96 cents per pound, the basis ranged from 50 points under the March soybean oil futures to 50 points over the January soybean oil futures.
