Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, October 15, 2019

Oilseed and Animal feedstuffs were mixed this week 

Oilseeds:
   The December Soybean Meal futures closed 90 cents higher at 307.00 and March 
closed  1.30 higher at 314.10. The December Soybean Oil futures closed 57 points 
higher at 30.39 centers per pound and March closed 55 points higher at 30.88 cents 
per pound.  The Rail delivery of high protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 90 cents 
to 1.90 higher at 277.80, the basis was steady to 1.00 lower at 30.00 under the 
December Soybean Meal futures. Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was steady to 5.00 higher 
from 220.00-235.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 
34 pct protein was steady to 5.00 higher from 150.00-190.00 in the North Dakota-
Minnesota area. Canola Meal ranged 212.80-237.80 with the basis from 95.00 to 70.00 
under the December Soybean Meal futures. Soybean Oil in Minnesota was 57 points 
higher from 30.39-31.07 cents per pound, the basis ranged 0 (option) to 125 points 
over the December soybean oil futures.

Animal Protein: 
   Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was steady to 5.00 higher from 190.00-225.00; 
Pork had no quote.  Yellow Grease was 20.50-21.50 cents per pound. Choice White 
Grease was 20.00-21.75 cents per pound. Feather Meal was steady to 5.00 lower from 
300.00-340.00. Ruminant Blood Meal was 500.00-600.00; Pork had no quote.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings were steady from 88.00-110.00.

Bids/Offers prices are bulk per ton, in carlots unless specified. 
Animal ingredients are delivered MPLS, other ingredients are FOB.
