Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, October 01, 2019

Oilseed and Animal feedstuffs were mixed this week 

Oilseeds:
   The October Soybean Meal futures closed 8.70 higher at 304.10, December closed 
9.50 higher at 309.00 and March closed at 313.60. The October Soybean Oil futures 
closed 37 points lower at 28.83 centers per pound, December Soybean Oil futures 
closed 45 points lower at 28.88 cents per pound and March closed at 29.38 cents per 
pound.  The Rail delivery of high protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 8.60 higher 
at 279.00, the basis was 30.00 under the December Soybean Meal futures. Linseed Meal, 
34 pct protein was steady to 10.00 lower from 215.00-235.00 in the North Dakota-
Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 pct protein was 10.00 to 25.00 
higher from 155.00-175.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Canola Meal was 23.60 
to 50.60 higher from 219.00-276.00 with the basis from 90.00 to 33.00 under the 
December Soybean Meal futures. Soybean Oil in Minnesota was 32 to 37 points lower 
from 28.88-30.08 cents per pound, the basis ranged 0 (option) the December futures to 
125 points over the October soybean oil futures.

Animal Protein: 
   Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was steady to 15.00 lower from 185.00-225.00; 
Pork ranged 190.00-235.00. Yellow Grease was ranged 22.00-25.00 cents per pound. 
Choice White Grease ranged 24.00-26.25 cents per pound. Feather Meal was 10.00 to 
20.00 lower from 300.00-350.00, instances 425.00. Ruminant Blood Meal was steady from 
550.00-600.00; Pork ranged 625.00-645.00.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings were mixed, 2.00 lower to 5.00 higher from 88.00-115.00.

Bids/Offers prices are bulk per ton, in carlots unless specified. 
Animal ingredients are delivered MPLS, other ingredients are FOB.
