Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, September 24, 2019

Oilseed and Animal feedstuffs were mixed this week 

Oilseeds:
   The October Soybean Meal futures closed 1.30 higher at 295.40 and December closed 
1.70 higher at 299.50. The October Soybean Oil futures closed 65 points lower at 
29.20 centers per pound and December Soybean Oil futures closed 66 points lower at 
29.33 cents per pound.  The Rail delivery of high protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota 
was 1.30 to 2.30 higher at 270.40, the basis was steady to 1.00 higher at 25.00 under 
the October Soybean Meal futures. Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was steady to 35.00 
higher from 225.00-235.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct 
fiber, 34 pct protein was steady from 145.00-150.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota 
area. Canola Meal was mixed, 8.70 lower to 1.30 higher from 195.40-225.40 with the 
basis steady to 10.00 lower from 100.00 to 70.00 under the October Soybean Meal 
futures. Soybean Oil in Minnesota was 65 points lower from 29.20-30.45 cents per 
pound, the basis was steady from 0 to 125 points over the October soybean oil 
futures.

Animal Protein: 
   Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was steady from 200.00-225.00; Pork was 5.00 
lower with limited trade at 225.00. Yellow Grease was steady to 25 points higher from 
22.50-22.75 cents per pound. Choice White Grease was 100 to 150 points lower with 
limited trade at 24.00 cents per pound. Feather Meal was 5.00 to 15.00 lower from 
320.00-360.00. Ruminant Blood Meal ranged 550.00-600.00; Pork was limited at 650.00.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings were mixed, 8.00 lower to 2.00 higher from 90.00-110.00.

Bids/Offers prices are bulk per ton, in carlots unless specified. 
Animal ingredients are delivered MPLS, other ingredients are FOB.
