Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, September 17, 2019

Oilseed and Animal feedstuffs were mixed this week 

Oilseeds:
   The October Soybean Meal futures closed 20 cents lower at 294.10 and December 
closed 30 cents lower at 297.30. The October Soybean Oil futures closed 150 points 
higher at 29.85 centers per pound and December Soybean Oil futures closed 146 points 
higher at 29.99 cents per pound.  The Rail delivery of high protein Soybean Meal in 
Minnesota was 20 cents to 1.20 lower from 268.10-269.10, the basis was steady to 1.00 
lower from 26.00 to 25.00 under the October Soybean Meal futures. Linseed Meal, 34 
pct protein was 15.00 to 30.00 lower from 190.00-235.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota 
area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 pct protein was 5.00 to 10.00 higher from 
145.00-150.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Canola Meal was 20 cents lower from 
204.10-224.10 with the basis steady from 90.00 to 70.00 under the October Soybean 
Meal futures. Soybean Oil in Minnesota was 150 points higher from 29.85-31.10 cents 
per pound, the basis was steady from 0 to 125 points over the October soybean oil 
futures.

Animal Protein: 
   Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was steady to 5.00 lower from 200.00-225.00; 
Pork was limited at 230.00. Yellow Grease was steady to 100 points lower at 22.50 
cents per pound. Choice White Grease was 50 to 150 points lower from 25.00-25.50 
cents per pound. Feather Meal was steady to 25.00 lower from 325.00-375.00. Ruminant 
Blood Meal was not well established; Pork was not well established.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings were mixed, 2.00 lower to 3.00 higher from 98.00-108.00.

Bids/Offers prices are bulk per ton, in carlots unless specified. 
Animal ingredients are delivered MPLS, other ingredients are FOB.
