Benchmark prices are steady. The undertone remains weak. Demand into retail     
and food service channels is light to moderate. Offerings are light to          
moderate. Supplies are moderate to fully adequate. The Southwest shell egg      
inventory decreased 10.8% compared to a week ago. Market activity is slow.      
                                                                                

Shell egg marketer's benchmark price for negotiated egg sales of                
USDA Grade AA and Grade AA in cartons, cents per dozen.  This
