  SC Cattle Auctions Weekly Review:  Compared to last week, all classes 
of feeder cattle were 4.00 to 5.00 lower.  Feeder Steers: Medium and 
Large 1-2 400-500 lbs 141.00-170.00; 500-600 lbs 132.00-159.00.  Feeder 
Bulls: Medium and Large 1-2 400-500 lbs 140.00-165.00; 500-600 lbs 
132.50-165.00.  Feeder Heifers: Medium and Large 1-2 400-500 lbs 125.00-
151.00, 500-600 lbs 120.00-138.00.  Slaughter cows were steady.  
Slaughter cows: Breakers 75-80% lean 46.00-68.00; Boners 80-85% lean 
50.00-74.00; Lean 85-90% lean 51.00-65.00; Lean low dressing 31.00-50.00.  
Slaughter bulls were steady.  Slaughter bulls:  1005-2430 lbs 57.00-
101.00. 
   Goats: [283]  Week Ago: 183.  Reported Monday to Wednesday. Slaughter 
and replacement classes sold on a per head basis and weights are 
estimated.  Kids:  Sel 1 Under 20 lbs 35.00-50.00, 20-40 lbs 40.00-
95.00, 40-60 lbs 60.00-127.50, 60-80 lbs 130.00-140.00; Sel 2 N/A.

   SC Grain on Friday. New Crop corn was steady to 1 cent higher; 
elevator bids 4.12-4.18, processor bids 4.18-4.48.  Soybeans were 1 cent 
lower; elevator bids 7.54-7.99, processor bid 8.49, and export 8.49.  New 
crop wheat bids were mostly 6 cents lower and one location was 1 cent 
higher; elevator bids 4.18-4.48.  
   Cotton on Friday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 0.23 
higher at 72.43.
