Weekly Montana Hay Report

Compared to last week: Alfalfa hay sold generally steady. Hay
sales are light this week. Many producers have hay priced to 
move as they are trying to finsh selling the last of 2018's crop.
Pasture and range lands have been slow to green up this year due
to cool weather. This has helped ranchers feed through some of 
their existing supplies, however, round supplies continue to be 
large. All prices are dollars per ton and FOB unless otherwise noted.
