Trucklot buying activity increased slightly over the weekend as dealers took advantage of discounted offerings throughout the market, however, interest was light and remained cautious and selective. Offerings of wings and dark meat cuts are moderate to heavy. Boneless skinless breast and tenders are available and competitively priced. Market activity is slow to moderate.
