SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


New York eggs are down 15 cents for all sizes.  Regional and California 
prices are 42 cents lower for Jumbo, down 0.5 to 44 cents for Extra 
Large, 3 to 47 cents lower for Large, down 8 to 47 cents for Medium, 
and 47 cents lower for Small.  The undertone is weak.  Supplies are 
light to mostly moderate.  Offerings are moderate to available.  Demand 
is mostly light to moderate.  Market activity is slow to moderate.  
Breaking stock demand is moderate to instances fairly good for moderate 
offerings with increased availability noted.  Spent fowl offerings are 
moderate to heavy; processing schedules are normal to less than normal.
