Regional and California prices are steady. Asking prices for next week's deliveries are trending lower on all sizes, while in California Jumbo prices are unchanged. The undertone is steady to mostly lower. Offerings are moderate. Retail and food service demand ranges light to fairly good, generally light to moderate. Supplies are moderate to heavy in the Northeast region, moderate elsewhere for current needs entering the weekend. Market activity is slow to moderate in all areas. Breaking stock offerings are moderate; demand is light to moderate. Light type fowl supplies are adequate for normal processing schedules.
