California and regional prices are steady. The undertone is mostly lower. Supplies are moderate to heavy on the East coast, moderate in the remaining areas for current needs. The total shell egg inventory is 4.2 percent higher when compared to the previous week. Demand into retail and distributive channels is light to moderate. Offerings are moderate to available, while light to moderate in California on Jumbo, Extra Large and Small sizes. Market activity is slow in the Northeast region, slow to moderate elsewhere. Breaking stock offerings are moderate to fully adequate for the light to moderate demand. Light type hen supplies are sufficient; processing schedules are full-time.
