Weekly Eastern Region Breaking Stock                                            
                                                                                

Prices are unchanged to lower for breaking stock.  Trade sentiment is           
steady to lower.  Offerings are moderate to heavy.  Demand is moderate.  
Supplies on hand are moderate to heavy for normal to extended breaking 
schedules.  Market activity is slow to moderate.  The Eastern region 
shell egg breaking stock inventory is 2% higher and the national shell 
egg breaking stock inventory is 4.6% higher than the previous week.         
                                                                                

Prices in cents per dozen, delivered to breakers, 48 lb. minimum net weight
