Weekly Eastern Region Breaking Stock                                            
                                                                                

Prices are steady to higher for breaking stock.  Trade sentiment is mixed,      
but mostly steady.  Offerings are light to at times moderate.  Demand is        
moderate to fairly good.  Supplies are light to moderate for normal to          
reduced breaking schedules.  Market activity is moderate.  Cases broken         
under federal inspection for week ending 30-Sep-2017 were 7% higher than        
the previous week, although 6% lower than the same week last year.              
                                                                                

Prices in cents per dozen, delivered to breakers, 48 lb. minimum net weight     
per 30 dozen case, eggs from table egg layers. Packaging may vary.
