Weekly Eastern Region Breaking Stock                                            
                                                                                

Prices are steady.  Trade sentiment is mixed, but usually steady.               
Offerings are light.  Demand is moderate to fairly good.  Supplies 
are light to instances moderate for normal to reduced breaking 
schedules.  Market activity is moderate.  The Eastern region shell 
egg breaking stock inventory is 3% lower and the National shell 
egg breaking stock inventory is 0.2% less than a week ago.                                                   
                                                                                

Prices in cents per dozen, delivered to breakers, 48 lb. minimum net weight
