Feeder heifers sold steady to 3.00 lower. Slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 higher. Slaughter bulls sold steady to 2.00 lower. Fleshy denotes unweaned, new crop calves. Supply included about 1037 feeder calves, 99 feeder yearlings, 45 replacement cows, 89 slaughter cows, 5 slaughter bulls and 2 replacement bulls. Feeder supply about 40 percent English breed and English crosses, 54 percent Exotic breed and Exotic crosses, 5 percent Brahma and Brahma crosses, and 1 percent Holstein and other dairy breeds. Feeder supply consisting of 62 percent steers and bulls with 38 percent heifers.
