Arkansas Cattle Auction, LLC - Searcy, AR Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 11/07/2017 Receipts: 1055 Last Week: 1276 Year Ago: 720 Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers were weak to 3.00 lower. Slaughter cows sold 1.00 lower. Slaughter bulls were steady. Supply included about 1000 feeder calves, 140 feeder yearlings, 40 replacement cows, 87 slaughter cows and 9 slaughter bulls. Feeder supply about 40 percent English breed and English crosses, 30 percent Exotic breed and Exotic crosses, 30 percent Brahma and Brahma crosses, and 0 percent Holstein and dairy breeds. Feeder supply consisting of 53 percent steers and bulls with 47 percent heifers.
