Feeder steers and heifers over 600 lbs firm. Significant rainfall over the trade area continued to fall several days this week. Slaughter cows and bulls steady to 1.00 higher. Trade and demand moderate to good. Bulk of supply Medium and Large 1-2 300-850 lb feeder steers and heifers. Slaughter cows made up 12 percent, slaughter bulls less than 1 percent, replacement cows less than 1 percent, and feeders 88 percent. The feeder supply included 49 percent steers and 51 percent heifers. Near 69 percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.
