Systems Assessment (QSA) Livestock Auction Market Reporting (LAMR) program 
under the supervision and oversight of USDA Livestock and Grain Market News.

	  
Compared to last Mondays sale, slaughter steers had a wider spread then normal.
Strres sold 2.00-4.00 higher with spots of 5.00-8.00 higher. Slaughter holsteins
sold mostly steady. Slaughter heifers sold 3.00-5.00 higher. Slaughter cows sold 
2.00-4.00 higher. Supply included 159 Slaughter steers and heifers, 299 Slaughter 
cows, 20 Bulls, and 167 Feeder cattle.  All prices per cwt.

   Slaughter Steers:  High Choice and Prime 2-3  1362-1620 lbs 109.00-116.00,
few 117.00-119.00. Choice 2-3  1386-1652 lbs 101.00-109.00. Select 2-3 1088-1402 
lbs 97.00-103.00.
 
   Slaughter Holstein Steers: High Choice and Prime 2-3 1364-1560 lbs 
86.00-90.00. Choice 2-3 1384-1588 lbs 79.00-85.00. Select 2-3 1456-1592 lbs
