Heifers steady to 2.00 higher. No comparison with last month's Holstein Steer Special due to limited receipts. Slaughter cows and bulls steady to 1.00 higher. Rain continues in the trade area postponing deliveries and limiting receipts. Trade active, demand moderate with buyers being selective and some buyers choosing to wait for drier conditions. Bulk supply Medium and Large 1-2 300-800 lb feeder steers and heifers. Slaughter cows 5 percent of offering, slaughter bulls 1 percent, bred cows 3 percent, pairs less than 1 percent and feeders 91 percent. In the feeder supply, steers made up approximately 64 percent of the run; Holstein steers 3 percent; heifers 32 percent; feeder bulls 0 percent; steers and heifers over 600 lbs total 41 percent.
