Florida Cattle Auctions Daily Summary
Florida Livestock Auctions that were held Wednesday Oct 11, 2017

Cattle auctions at Arcadia (2332) and Ellisville (700). Receipts 
Wednesday 3,032, week ago 2,402 and year ago 2,158. Compared to one 
week ago, slaughter cows and bulls steady to firm, feeder steers,  
bulls and heifers unevenly steady with weak undertone, replacement cows 
steady.

Slaughter cows 11 percent; slaughter bulls 1 percent; and feeders 88 
percent. In the feeder supply, steers made up approximately 49 percent 
of the run; heifers 31 percent; bulls 19 percent and replacement cows 
1 percent. Feeders over 600 lbs totaled around 5 percent.
