Florida Cattle Auctions Daily Summary
Florida Livestock Auctions that were held Wednesday Oct 110 2017

Cattle auctions at Lakeland (878), Madison (699), Okeechobee (1610) 
and Webster (1130). Receipts Tuesday 4,317 week ago 5,190, and 
year ago 2,848. Compared to one week ago: Slaughter cows and 
bulls 1.00 to 3.00 higher, all feeder classes 4.00 to 8.00 lower,
replacement cows steady.

Slaughter cows 17 percent; slaughter bulls 1 percent; and 
feeders 82 percent. In the feeder supply, steers made up 
approximately 42 percent of the run; heifers 37 percent; 
bulls 15 percent and replacement cows 6 percent. Feeders 
over 600 lbs totaled around 5 percent.
