Yearling steers sold with a sharply higher undertone from the small offering two weeks ago, with several loads this week fully 8.00 to 10.00 higher. Yearling heifers 2.00 to 5.00 higher. Slaughter cows steady to 2.00 higher. Very impressive yearling trade this week with load lots and large strings easily meeting or eclipsing prices set by their lighter counterparts. Supply moderate and demand moderate for calves but very good for yearlings. Feeder cattle supply included 56 percent Steers, and 44 percent Heifers.
