Yearlings were not tested at all at the last sale but sold with very good demand this week. Slaughter cows steady to 1.00 higher with a fair percentage of cows bought for turn outs. A hot and humid day for early October led to a good portion of cattle on offer carrying some extra fill. Futures contracts saw some triple digit gains Tuesday, making up some ground lost from Monday's sharp sell off. Supply moderate and demand moderate to good. Feeder cattle supply included 67 percent Steers, 31 percent Heifers, and 1 percent Bulls.
