Processors are comfortable at current levels. Components are dropping, but manufacturers report cream is available. Cream demand from ice cream manufacturers has tapered, but other cream-based products have a strong demand. Cream multiples are steady, ranging from 1.25 - 1.35. Harvesting for corn and soybeans is ongoing. Many farmers in the Upper Midwest report a fourth cutting on alfalfa.
