BUTTER/BUTTEROIL:                                                

Butter prices are lower this reporting period. Demand is uneven but 
slowing into export channels. Pricing is always a consideration, but 
buyers have become more price sensitive. Buying interest has also slowed 
to internal customers. Production is steady with some boost due to milk 
moving to SMP and butter production. Butteroil prices are steady to 
lower. Demand is generally limited to standing accounts.
