Negotiations are ongoing for deliveries later in the year with limited finalized agreements, due to the difficulty of buyers and sellers to find common ground on prices. The onset of Ramadan has slowed export activity. Domestic demand has also slowed in recent weeks. Butteroil prices declined in light trading. Lower prices and readily available supplies from Oceania continue to restrict European export opportunities. PSA butter stock levels on June 28 amounted to 74,642 MT. Stocks held by France and The Netherlands comprise over half of the total PSA stock holdings.
