Supplies are adequate for current demand. Demand from the Southern European countries decreased as their main holiday period is ending. Due to a stronger value of the euro, demand from other countries is still quieter compared to the first half of the year. EU cheese prices are stable at last week's levels. In the U.S., wholesale blue, gorgonzola, parmesan Italy, and Romano prices increased $0.09750 but all other prices are steady.
